Mrs Rodman's Second Grade Class celebrated the birthday of Dr. Seuss. 🎂. We had special snacks. We had fun doing reading, science, and character building activities.






The Pana Music Department invites the public to their annual Music in Our Schools Concert on Thursday, March 9 at 7:00pm in the Pana High School Gym. The concert will feature the 6th Grade Band and Choir, the 7th/8th Grade Band and Choir and the High School Band and Choir in a celebration of the power of music in students' lives. Directors Tony Hicks and Angela Chase have selected a wide variety of music for the performance and are sure everyone who attends will enjoy the talents of the students!

Mrs. Simpson's Preschool classes read The Foot Book by Dr. Seuss today. We then traced our feet and used linking cubes to measure how long our feet were. This was a great Math activity for our students.

February 17th was World Kindness Day! Mrs. Crawford's class celebrated this by writing how to be kind and writing thank-you cards and delivering them to people in our building. They loved writing the cards that almost all of them wanted to do a second one! 🌎❤️

Nikki Carls, a dental hygienist, gave a presentation to all of the children at Lincoln School. They all got a toothbrush as well! Thanks for coming and teaching our kids.


Mrs. Perry kicked it up a notch on Wednesday by turning her 6th-grade math class into a Glow Pary! Students worked together at various stations solving glow-in-the-dark equations!

Attention all girls interested in playing high school soccer. The parents meeting will be Friday, February 24 at 5:30 in the HS panther den. This is a required meeting for those interested in playing this spring.
