5th grade Art students at PES used primary colors to make secondary colors. After they painted they used complementary colors to add adjectives about themselves.






Second grade had a special visit from Shelby Electric, where they explored the world of electricity and learned about the wonderful services the company provides! A huge thank you to Faith Wheeler for sharing her knowledge with us!

Pana Jr High Outdoor Resource class passed their Hunter Safety test!

Mrs. Epley's class had their first cursive handwriting contest. Look at their writing!! Congratulations to Paisley this week!!

On Tuesday, September 16th, the Pana XC team traveled to Greenville for the Dave Holden Open. It was a hot day, but our runners showed incredible endurance. Kadence Rochkes led the Panthers coming in 10th place with a time of 24:45. Amber Smith was close behind, placing 12th with a time of 24:57. Madison Wilkins placed 22nd having a time of 30:27. Great job, ladies!

The PHS Cross Country team ran in the Shelbyville Dacey Trail Invite on Saturday, September 13th. Kadence Rochkes led the Panthers placing 30th with a time of 22:04; Amber Smith placed 48th running a time of 24:19 and Madison Wilkins placed 80th running the hilly course with a time of 29:17. The Panthers will be running on Tuesday in the Dave Holden Open in Greenville.

Mr. Nihiser's Family and Consumer Science class is stressing that science component today! Izaiah tested his skills at docking Crew Dragon to the International Space Station using the SpaceX training simulator. Space flight is just one of many career opportunities with NASA.
