
The beat was pumping and the smiles were bright during Mrs. Neal's music class as 5th graders danced the day away! 🎵




Mrs. Holman's 2nd grade art students were learning about symmetry by making jars. They were listening and watching very carefully as Mrs. Holman was demonstrating how to fold the paper, draw half a jar, and cut it out. Great work, Art Ninjas!





Mrs. Perry's welding 1 and 3 classes got into the booths this week.



PHS Biology students are using scientific methods to test habitat moisture preferences of terrestrial isopods today. (That's pill bugs or rolly-pollys to most of us!)


Students new to Geometry this year are already enjoying Group Work! This weeks work was a Joke Worksheet on the Angle Addition Postulate and Angle Bisectors.

📚✏️ Math class just got a whole lot more interactive! This week, Mrs. Perry's students stepped up to the plate and became teachers themselves. 🙌 Imagine the excitement as classmates took turns explaining math problems to each other. It's not just about solving equations; it's about building confidence and communication skills too!


Students delivered treats to staff at PES as a thank you for making them happy. It was a great way to show their appreciation!




Miss Kuhn's class went outside and tested to see how strong and weak forces differ when applied to the same object. 👨🔬 🚗







Students helped deliver a little sunshine to Pana Elementary teachers!




We're looking forward to an exciting first varsity football game of the year tomorrow as we welcome Carlinville. We do want to remind everyone of our fan expectations. Administrators will be supervising throughout the night and anyone who is not following these guidelines will be asked to leave. We want everyone to be able to enjoy the game. We appreciate everyone's support as you come to cheer on the Panther football team tomorrow!


Kindergarten is a fun place to be! The students were moving and singing hello to each other this morning.





Congratulations to Mrs. King! She was named a favorite teacher by a former student and recognized by Bob Ridings. It's great to see her positive impact on her students.


Lunch is the best! Thanks to the PES Cafe staff for working hard to provide us with delicious and nutritious meals. They help our students stay focused and healthy.



Congratulations to Senior Alexis Hubner on being recognized by College Board through the National Rural and Small Town Recognition Program for her high SAT scores! Excellent job!

Our high school band and athletes visited PES today to kick off the school year. It feels like just yesterday they were our little Panthers! It's a great day to be a Panther!
