Pop-its may be the newest fidgets craze, but they are also perfect for showing arrays and finding the answers!! Third graders had fun rolling dice and using the pop-its to model their multiplication problems.
Lincoln School mentor & PHS quarterback Max Lynch talked with Mrs. Sloan’s & Mr. Metzger’s classes today about football! The kids LOVED listening to Max talk about what it takes and be a football player and they enjoyed all of his gear!

The PJHS Eco Team placed 13th at the 44th annual Lake Shelbyville Eco Meet today. Members of the Eco Team were Cameron Banning, Parker Moore, Lara Rhodes, and Brianna Mathis.

PHS ART CLUB made a Gingerbread Halloween house. This is the 1st one. The 2nd attempt will be next week after school during Art Club. Students are learning design skills, frosting skills, teamwork, + team building skills. Yum to M&Ms!

Monday, FFA members traveled south near Kaskaskia College to compete in our districts Land Use Selection CDE. Students evaluated 4 different soil pits and determined the type of soil, its structure and the potential use for each pit. Pana placed in the top 10 for the contest and brought home a ribbon for the chapter.
Come support the High School Volleyball team at their last home regular season game. Tonight is Pink night in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness month. So wear your pink!!! Sports Boosters will be hosting a silent auction and some of the proceeds will be given toward the pink night decorations.
Mrs Pieper’s 4th gr students were working in google slides to create a poster on digital citizenship during TECH Time.
The Horticulture classes started some experiments today.
