Yesterday was a great day to be a Panther! In addition to celebrating 30 football, cheer, band and color guard seniors, the football team beat Carlinville for win #8. Go Panthers!

Mrs. King’s class had a chicken visit us today! He kind of looked like Mr. Metzger! 😉 We also had Flashlight Friday, and Miss Katie planned a super fun Science lesson.

The construction class practiced measuring and drafting today.

Thursday the Ag Business class toured Nohren’s Hardware, Sloans and GSI.

Who are you calling a chicken?? 🐔🐥
Mr. Metzger had to dress up as a chicken today because Lincoln School beat the PTO goal!
Also, 15 students got to throw water balloons at the chicken (Mr. Metzger).
The entire school also chanted “KFC” to the dismay of the chicken! 🍗

Today we celebrated the PTO fundraiser challenge... PTO challenged the kids to raise more funds than they did last year, and if they did- Mrs. Wysong promised to dress up like a chicken and the top sellers got to bomb her with water balloons!!
Here's the proof that they did an amazing job!

PHS Craft students are currently working on Nail-String Art Sculptures. It is not easy planning, hammering, designing, and gluing their projects together. These are cool! Keep up the good work!

Happy Bosses Day to Mrs. Wysong! Washington School celebrated by dressing up as cowboys and having a special luncheon in her honor. We have the best principal in the wild, wild Midwest!

We had a Wild West Day to celebrate Mrs. Wysong.

Happy Boss’ Day to Mrs. Wysong! We had fun celebrating with a Wild West themed day!

Second grade had fun painting pumpkins that Mrs. Richards donated from her wedding.

Working on bridges to ten with some fun games in Mrs. Crawford’s class.

Congratulations to Lincoln School students Wyatt Bauman & Jackson Davis on already completing over 25 miles for our “100 Mile Club”!
They earned a T-Shirt for all of their hard work. 🏃♂️

Mrs. Sloan’s class was the top selling classroom at Lincoln School during the PTO fundraiser! They celebrated by having a pizza party! 🍕🍕
Thank you to Pana PTO and Pizza Man for partnering together to make this happen.
