Mrs. Perry's horticulture class began building their plant mazes today. They will use them to experiment with the impact of light on plant growth.

What an incredible day for the PHS Music Department! Congrats to Gabby Heinrich, John Berns and Emma Stephens on representing PHS so well at the ILMEA District 5 Jazz Festival on Saturday , Nov 4. They enjoyed rehearsing under the direction of Dr. Alex Manfredo with many talented singers from area schools. Then, the performance was absolutely fantastic and ALL THREE of our Pana Choir members had featured solos! Congrats, kids!

Yesterday students from PHS Capturing Kids Hearts group were able to spend some time at Lincoln in the 4th grade classrooms talking to them about self-direction! We always enjoy our time with Lincoln Learners!

It's that time of year that we like to send a friendly reminder out about the process of adding funds to cover school fees or add money to lunch accounts. Please see the attached photo, it explains the process and shows the difference between the two fields. Olaf came to Lincoln School today and stopped by Mrs. King’s class and greeted kids this morning!
PHS students are starting the year off right! We had 71 students who earned Exceptional Honors, 61 students who earned High Honors and 105 who earned Honor Roll status! We have a Grand total of 237 Honor Students at PHS!! Nice work!
Wednesday, Mrs. Perry took her welding classes to the Lake Land College Welding and Automotive Career Fair. Student were given the chance to speak with potential employers and tour the facilities.
