Mrs. Mathis's 4th graders worked hard to find the area and perimeter of triangles this week. Then, they were able to successfully code the bots to roll around the perimeter of the triangles!

Congratulations to the Pana High School Choir as they hosted around 230 singers from area schools in the annual Area Choral Festival on February 8. The students loved working with guest director J. Ryan Rimington from Neuqua Valley High School and presented an amazing concert! What a great thing for our school and community!

Snow much learning and fun today in Mrs. Beyers' class. The students were challenged to build the tallest free standing structure using only 25 toothpick and 30 marshmallows. A few structures measured 5 1/2 inches. Way to go!

Good Deeds Group and AAMP team up to put a " Blessing Box" / mini food pantry for the community to use on the front porch of the AAMP building at 215 S Locust Street. People may access the pantry 24/7. The community is encouraged to take what they need and give what they can. Please help spread the word!

PHS Student Council spent the day at Lakeland College attending a Leadership Conference. The students got to attend sessions on leadership and communication. They really enjoyed the keynote speaker! One student even won a 3 credit tuition waiver AND airpods! It was a great day!
