We apologize for the technical difficulties. The PJHS 8th Grade Promotion ceremony will NOT be live-streamed, but will be uploaded to our Pana Athletics YouTube channel this evening.

Taylor Cothern, 6th grade language arts teacher, was recognized Saturday evening by ISBE as a 2024 recipient for a Those Who Excel Award. She was awarded Special Recognition, which was given out to teachers who “have connected with their school community and made a positive impact”. Taylor was nominated for her role in bringing the EB Academics writing program to PJHS and her dedication to working alongside teachers as they implemented the program.

K-2 TRACK AND FIELD DAY:
Track and Field Day is Tuesday (tomorrow). We will be outside most of the day so make sure they have their water bottle- we do not have extra bottles of water. Also-Please sunscreen your kids, dress lightly but appropriately with tennis shoes and t-shirts to protect those shoulders from the sun! AND - if they want to wear a baseball hat they can do so to help shade their faces from the sun.... (just make sure it stays on- nobody like to lose a race because their hat fell off! lol)
We are looking forward to a GREAT DAY of fun and excitement!!

PHS will be hosting Pana Power Camp. See flyer details to sign up!

Ice Cream anyone? Ag science classes made some homemade ice cream to wrap up our Dairy Unit before starting their final project of the school year.
