Mr. Lipe and Mr. Pumphreys drivers ed classes were informed on safety around train tracks by the Union Pacific Railroad supervisor. This is one of our most detailed presenters of the semester

Last Fri., students in Ms. Hahnenkamp's class did a Mystery Location Skype with a class from New Jersey. By asking yes/no questions, they learned where the class was from. Great map experience. Afterwards, they researched facts about New Jersey.




Last Thursday, students in Ms. Hahnenkamp's class went on a virtual field trip with GeoBrandon from Learn Around the World to Germany and Portugal. Great way to learn about parts of culture from around the world. They were able to submit questions during the show as well.




PHS Yearbooks are still for sale- each book is $50. Seniors- make sure Mrs. Smedley has the portrait you want used in the book along with your senior quote!

Freshmen in Mrs. Smedley's English I and English I College Prep classes just started reading their novels To Kill A Mockingbird and Great Expectations!

Our class memorized and presented different poems on March 21st for World Poetry Day! We set up “stage lights” on our stage as well. Everyone did a great job.
