Mrs Jones and Ms Hahnenkamp’s classes welcomed Mrs Berner to talk to them about bees. She told us how they get their bees, the jobs of the bees, & how they harvest the honey. She also let students try the honey.

Today PJHS students celebrated completing Crushin’ It boot camp. For the last 2 weeks, students have learned about conflict resolution, proper technology use, good manners, doing the right thing and self regulation during Crushin’ It boot camp. Today’s celebration included hot dogs, Crush soda and extra recess time.

2nd gr is a blast! Students in Ms Hahnenkamp’s class watched the reaction of baking soda, baking powder, & sugar with vinegar. Then they launched a water bottle. Next week, we are going to search more into why it makes that reaction.
