PHS Art Club created some artwork in the last two weeks. The focus was on acrylic painting and exploring drawing with charcoal pencils. Keep up the creative work!

Mrs Morrell’s Smarties learned about how to search, insert, & resize images in Google Slides yesterday. They found images of nouns for their nouns slide.

Mrs. Schmitz’s class is having fun rolling dice and graphing numbers.



5th grade Art students are studying primary, secondary, and complementary colors to make a painting that will include adjectives describing themselves.

PJHS Picture Day will be this Thursday, September 2nd. Ordering packets were sent home last week. If you need another one, please have your child stop by the front office.

Mrs. Schmitz’s class is having fun learning about numbers. We are using counters and graphing.




Washington and Lincoln School students are doing their ONE PTO-sponsored fundraiser for the year. Who loves cookies?? These are delicious! Orders for gift items are also being taken online. See a parent of one of our elementary students for more information.

Doing a STEM cup stacking challenge today in 3rd grade. Students had to stack 6 cups into a pyramid by using string and rubber bands. They could not touch the cup. We have some great thinkers at Lincoln School.

PHS 2nd Craft Students are currently experiencing Calligraphy writing and India ink with their chosen quotes. Keep up the good work!
