On Friday April 17, Pana High School will join schools around the country by turning on our athletic field lights at 8:20 pm, which is 20:20 military time. We will leave them on for 20 minutes to honor the Class of 2020, as well as for the healthcare workers, first responders, & all other essential workers on the frontlines of this pandemic. #panthernation

At 8:20 pm, look toward the Pana High School athletic field or drive through to see the glow in support of our Class of 2020. If driving out please enter the PHS grounds (one-way) from the South entrance (off Chestnut St), drive by the athletic fields, back and around the baseball field to exit on the North side of the school grounds. You can continue up near the PHS circle drive if wanting to see another glimpse. When driving, please DO NOT exit the car as we are practicing social distancing and trying to keep the traffic going.

From the IHSA: On Friday night, IHSA Schools throughout Illinois will turn on their lights as part of #LightsForTheFight to show support for their Senior students, as well as for the healthcare workers, first responders, & all other essential workers on the frontlines of the pandemic.
