If you are wanting to make any changes to any of the plans you currently have, there is a 2024 Enrollment Change Form on the website. Please print this and complete it, and sign the back. Please send any enrollment change forms to the attention of Kari Medler at the Unit Office. If I have any questions on your form, I will contact you, please be sure that all forms are filled out entirely and legible. If you are not currently enrolled in any of the plans and would like to be (and are eligible), please review the Enrollment Guide and the Enrollment Rates to aid in your selection. Once you are ready to sign up, please email Kari Medler to schedule an appointment to complete paperwork. The deadline for changes was August 31, 2024. The next opportunity for changes or new enrollment will be July of 2025, when we will hold the next Open Enrollment.
