Welcome To 7th/8th Grade Boys Wellness!
This class was originally known as "P.E." or physical education class but has now changed to Wellness. I am sure you are asking yourself, "Why did they change the name?" So I will tell you!!
We have now incorporated Health class into the Physical Education class and have called it Wellness! The point of it being that we want to teach kids not only ways to be active, but how to be healthy in all areas of their life!
We will have Health class during the 2nd and 3rd quarters!
