This week was Stand up for Bulling Week. It is all about helping those who are being bullied. On Monday and Tuesday we were introduced to video clips about standing up to bullies. Wednesday at lunch we were given a colored card and that was the table we had to sit at. It was a good experience to get to know those who you normally don't hang out with. Thursday, we watched a movie about caring for others. Friday is "Wear PINK Day." This day was originated in Canada. Two high school age boys were bystanders of a bullying incident. A boy was wearing pink so some other boys were bullying him for it. So that is when the bystanders jumped in. They bought numerous pink shirts for the entire school body to prove that together you can stand up for bullying.
