Establish
broad goal areas for the future District direction. Utilize the
input of Board, Administration, Staff and Community Research
methods of organizational efficiency and understanding. Research
job reclassification/realignment-possible sub
committee.

Establish both short and
long term priority list. Assist in developing a preventive
maintenance plan. Help evaluate and decide an extended maintenance
and/or service contracts.

Finance
Review
budget, levy and financial trends. Assist in review of existing
contracts and wages of all employees. Assist in preparation for
negotiations.

Policy
Develop a
procedure for review of existing Board Policies and making
recommendations for new policies. Bring all Board policy manuals up
to date and establish procedure for keeping current. Serve as
District liaison on District Handbook issues.

Curriculum
Assist in
the review and articulation of K-12 curriculum. Establish procedure
for regular review of District curriculum and development of
curriculum goals. Provide input on textbook adoption and rotation
of new textbooks.

Assist in
development of the District's long range technology plan. Provide
input/feedback on future technology needs. Assist in the
development of a plan for disposing of outdated
