Art Classes Switch with Geography Classes

Mrs. Nichols' art classes switched with Mr. Miller's geography classes. In 7th grade geography, the classes had been covering Australia. Mrs. Nichols and Mr. Miller collaborated to have the geography classes do Aboriginal art and Mr. Miller taught the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grades art history about Andy Warhol and Jackson Pollock. The geography students worked with wood and paint to create the Aboriginal art. The art classes worked with Pop Art and Abstract Expressionism.
