Philosophy:

Pride and Respect is the philosophy of Jefferson Middle School. This philosophy has been written based on the Ritz-Carlton Credo:

The Ritz-Carlton is a place where the genuine care and comfort of our guests is our highest mission.

We pledge to provide the finest personal service and facilities for our guests, who will always
enjoy a warm, relaxed yet refined ambiance.

The Ritz-Carlton experience enlivens the senses, instills well being, and fulfills even the
inexperienced wishes and needs of guests.

Pledge Statement:

The pledge statement of Jefferson Middle School represents what we believe. ALL state owners must know it, personalize it, and let it govern their actions.
"We are Ladies and Gentlemen Serving Ladies and Gentlemen of all ages." As professional educators, we must treat all of our students, staff, and guests with respect and dignity.
At Jefferson Middle School, our Ladies and Gentlemen are the most important resources we have. By applying the principles of trust, honesty, respect, integrity, and commitment, we nurture and maximize talent to the benefit of each individual and to the school. Also, we foster a work environment where diversity is valued; quality of life is enhanced, individual aspirations are fulfilled, and the uniqueness of our school is strengthened.
This is our pledge. These are our goals. Frequently , we will check ourselves on what we have committed so that we will continue to be Ladies and Gentlemen serving those of all Ages.
